ala.menu runs on it: an AI agent that edits whole menus from plain language, streaming translation across 20+ languages, and LLM pipelines with caching and guardrails, designed and prompted end to end.
Spring Cloud Gateway at the edge, admin and client services behind it, SSO across Azure AD, SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0. Deploys cut 92 percent.
10+ apps shipped independently since 2015. Qibla Pro holds 4.8 stars; WhatsDoc telehealth had me as technical lead.

02 / The Murex decade
Ten years at Murex, owning the client platforms end to end: architecture, delivery, and the team behind them.
Built from scratch on Pega and in production ever since: projects, cases, solutions and user administration for the teams supporting Murex's global client base. Behind the go-live sat a full PeopleSoft migration I led, with referential integrity preserved across the entire data model.
Extended for companies, opportunities and the sales workflows of the organisation. I also own the platform lifecycle across both CRMs: Pega 8 through 25 upgrades with zero production downtime, backed by Playwright suites covering 100% of main business objects.
The landscape around the CRMs is mine too: Spring Cloud Gateway at the edge, admin and client-management services behind it, security across Azure AD, SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0, plus an async Python PDF engine (FastAPI, Celery over RabbitMQ) serving every tenant. The 92 percent deploy-time cut came from pipeline parallelization, at 95% test coverage.

Proof you can click: a live SaaS restaurants use today, and eleven years of shipped apps.
Guests scan a QR code to a multilingual menu and place zero-commission orders that land in real time on the restaurant's dashboard. And the AI here does real work: owners talk to their menu and an agent edits it for them, while translations stream in live across 20+ languages.
10+ App Store apps since 2015, built, shipped and maintained independently. The headline product is Qibla Pro, holding 4.8 stars across 5,000+ reviews. Earlier engagements include WhatsDoc, a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform where I was the technical lead.
04 / The person behind it
Ten years inside one of the most demanding software companies in finance, and I still ship like it's day one. I architect the systems, run the team as Scrum Master, mentor the engineers on it, and keep founding things on the side because building is the part I never switch off.
Based in Beirut, native in Arabic and English, and used to running delivery across European and US hours.
